Dr Bryce Wilkinson’s major new report on the agency – Pharmac: the right prescription? – is a deep dive into how Pharmac is structured and whether universal subsidies are truly the fairest model to use. It also asks if there are any clear ways to ensure the agency works better to help lift the overall quality of wellbeing for New Zealanders.
