Lottie serves as the Office Administrator and Events Coordinator for The New Zealand Initiative, ensuring the efficient management of events and office operations. Prior to joining the Initiative, Lottie gained experience in the Public Sector, specializing in administration and events coordination. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Auckland, with a double major in Politics and Sociology.
